Constructed with a top-of-the-line Carbon Vent sole and Microfibre Tech-Pro upper fabric, these shoes offer optimal performance and comfort. The Carbon Vent sole provides excellent power transfer, while the Microfibre Tech-Pro upper offers durability and a sleek appearance.
For a secure and customized fit, the shoe is equipped with the Techno 3 closure system, featuring one dial on the side and one atop the tongue. This system eliminates any hot spots and allows for easy adjustments. Additionally, the adjustable heel feature prevents heel lift during intense rides.
The women's specific tapered last of the Wire 2 mimics the shape of a woman's foot, with a narrower ball of the foot and reduced volume on the instep area. The narrower heel cup further enhances the overall fit and stability.
Designed for compatibility with 3-bolt cleat systems, these shoes offer versatility for road cycling.
TECNO-3 PUSH SYSTEM
The TECNO-3 PUSH system, integrated into a composite base, ensures an optimal tension balance between the internal and external sides of the shoe. Its symmetrical mechanism adapts to every instep, providing a secure closure. The monofilament buckle features an innovative button that lifts the buckle for easy adjustments.
The SOFT INSTEP CLOSURE SYSTEM, with its wide and anatomically curved strap combined with a soft EVA pad, evenly distributes pressure over the instep area. This system is adjustable from both sides to center the EVA pad perfectly, accommodating high or low insteps. It eliminates the need for a High Instep Extender and is replaceable.
The TECHNO-3 PUSH buckle, made from a non-binding SIDI Wire material, ensures a customized fit along the entire length of the shoe. The buckle is serviceable and replaceable, allowing for intuitive and effortless adjustments on the go. The innovative button on the buckle facilitates easy lifting for on-the-fly adjustments while riding.
REFLEX ADJUSTABLE HEEL RETENTION DEVICE
The ADJUSTABLE HEEL RETENTION DEVICE reinforces the top of the heel cup, improving the overall fit by securely enclosing the back of the shoe around the rider's heel. This device prevents the heel from sliding out during steep climbs or sprints. Each side of the heel can be adjusted independently for a precise fit. The heel retention device is lightweight, user-friendly, and replaceable. It also features reflex inserts for enhanced visibility in dark conditions.
SIDI HEEL CUP
The SIDI HEEL CUP is a reinforced cup that stabilizes and supports the heel. Its anatomically shaped plastic design reduces heel slip and enhances power transfer. Furthermore, it provides additional foot protection in the event of a crash.
VENT CARBON SOLE
The VENT CARBON Sole incorporates a lightweight and replaceable polyurethane heel pad, which improves walkability. It also features an integrated toe pad/vent cover that can be replaced. The VENT CARBON Sole excels in power transfer due to its stiffness and lightness. It is designed with integrated vents and air channels, promoting heat dissipation and airflow for enhanced comfort in warm weather. The vent can be opened or closed, ensuring year-round comfort. The VENT CARBON Sole is meticulously crafted with carbon fiber in a weave pattern that maximizes stiffness while allowing controlled flex in the toe area. This flex relieves stress on the plantar tendon and enhances circulation. The sole is compatible with a standard 3-hole drilling pattern and includes cleat alignment scales and Look Memory Eyelets for easy cleat alignment and replacement. For triathlon use, the vent also serves as a water drain, significantly improving post-transition foot comfort.
